Benchtop Reverse Osmosis 4 Stage Alkaline

The RO removes all contaminants that are of concern to the consumer – such as chlorine, dissolved solids, fluoride, bacteria, parasites, viruses, inorganic chemicals, pesticides and heavy metals. These impurities are flushed down the drain rather than collected in the filters – preventing any build up, which may be the case with standard filtration systems.

Often requested for fish tanks and ponds.

For long-term drinking water, we recommend an alkaline cartridge post membrane.
Some of our customers also add miniscule amount of Himalayan salt to re-activate the water.

Four Stage filtration process

Stage 1 – Sediment Pre Cartridge

Mechanical filtration removing fine sediment particles such as sand, dirt and rust (5 micron).

Stage 2 – Carbon Pre Cartridge

Removes chlorine and other organic pollutants for membrane protection.

Stage 3 –  RO Membrane

Screens to 0.0001 micron, filtering viruses, bacteria and parasites. Repels heavy metals. Removes Fluoride and Hydrocarbons.

Stage 4 – Alkaline Post Cartridge 

To alkalise water pH 7-8 / activate water – not part of original unit.

 Mineraliser Cartridge can be used as an extra stage – not part of the system but can be added on.

Alternatively, you can add a few grains of Himalayan Sea salt to each litre filtered water.
